This place is a joke! Placed an order at 7pm last night that said 10-20 minutes. Get a text at 9:10 this morning my order is ready. This is the 3rd time in about a month they've pulled this shit. I spend a decent amount of money here and they've just lost this customer!

Met Ethan and Gary who were super knowledgeable and friendly. Love how they carry 1spliff my fav brand. Will for sure be back!

Always a good experience here which is why I keep coming back to get fix....... I enjoy the staff as well they have been nothing but good to me since I've been here! They even led me to my favorite infused pre rolls 👍 I feel like they enjoy there job and are actually excited to give me my pot! I always seem to get the really nice blonde girl who is great to chat with and the taller gentleman ...they always pretty much know what I want when I walk in ..and I'm pretty sure I don't even have to give them my number anymore My only complain is the switch to the 'loyalty' program but whatever im fine with a percentage off my purchase

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I’ve never left a negative review before, but my experience at the True North Cannabis location in Port Colborne tonight was beyond unacceptable. The employees were blatantly making jokes at my expense, whispering and pointing at me like I wouldn’t notice. I distinctly heard a blonde female employee with split ends calling me names — which is not only childish but straight-up disgusting behavior for someone representing a business. If this is how your team treats paying customers, then you seriously need to rethink your hiring and training process. No one walks into a store expecting to be humiliated or mocked by staff — especially not in a professional retail environment. If I were the manager of this location, I’d be questioning every single person who was on the floor tonight and holding them accountable. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others too. Do better
