My Musa Basjoo banana plants are beautiful and get bigger every year! Brings such a nice, tropical feel to the back yard. Dan is great to deal with & I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to add a special touch to their yard.

Dan is a genuine good guy and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is tropical plant fanatic and is very knowledgeable in his craft. I was amazed when it arrived in great condition after the long journey to get here. This is largely in part because Dan had expertly boxed up the palm and protected the root ball. Pineapple Dan is THE man! My boyfriend and I went to pick up some palms and Dan was so knowledgeable, kind and patient with all of our questions. We are new to palm trees and he spent over an hour talking us through every type of palm he had, how to plant them and care instructions. We got a tour of his incredible backyard which is proof of how much he knows about taking care of plants! I can’t say enough how amazing Dan is. He answered all of our questions with much detail and made sure we left EXTREMELY happy with the products we purchased. We left with a 45 gallon Chinese Windmill Palm, a 15 gallon Mexican Fan Palm, a 3 gallon Chinese Windmill Palm and he threw in a cold hardy cactus because I had mentioned my father loves them. Dan really goes above and beyond in every aspect. I cannot recommend him enough if you are looking for any tropical plants.

I have purchased over 30 palms from many sources across Canada. Dan at Niagara Tropics is by far the very best I have dealt with. I've been zone pushing for 7 years now in my 5b zone and have lost palms from other sources but Dan's palms are bulletproof. Niagara Tropics is my first and only choice now for cold hardy palms.

Excellent palms, excellent service! We purchased 2 Needle Palms last year and planted on a south facing garden. Overwintered with simple 2 by 2 frames and vapour barrier. Both survived nicely. Thanks so much!
