Triple O's

First off I had a few questions about the franchise itself and the young lady behind the counter spoke to me like she owned part of the company. She was happy and proud to answer my questions. Put her in your commercials. The food was excellent. Really crunchy onion rings and you gotta love fresh cut fries. I’ll be checking out Burlington location too.

The food was really good from here, bacon on my sandwich was thick and not paper thin like other fast-food restaurants. The garlic fries didn't have nearly as much sauce on it like the Cajun fries did. The spicy chicken sandwich was very mild in spice. Nothing stood out with the food. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and looked very clean inside. However the price for the food is wayyyyy too much. For 2 people it was a bit over $40.00

Trekked all the way from the east end of Toronto just to try this and I must say it was worth the 3 hour voyage. The burgers are delicious, smoothies are tasty and the fries - spectacular. Definitely a healthier alternative to the regular fast food joints around this strip. Highly recommended. The establishment is also very well maintained and service was kind and efficient.

I went there on a friday afternoon around 1pm. The counter staff is great and was excellent when i place my order. The place is great as well. The only thing that makes me don't want to come back is they serve me the fries that seemed to be sitting around in a warmer for hours.( Check the picture). It was dry and not suited to be served. Does the kitchen staff knows what is good and what is bad to serve? I had a great expectation with this fastfood restaurant because it is new here in Niagara Falls but they failed me.

Visited Niagara and we decided to try to place. We ordered the Original Burger with Cheese, the Monty Mushroom Burger, French fries and a Peppermint Milkshake. I found the burgers to be decent. Nothing amazing, not bad, but hit the spot. The biggest issue for me was that they put way too much mayonnaise in the burger. So when I try this again, I will ask to place the mayonnaise on the side. (Side note for reference: my favourite chain-restaurant burgers are Five Guys, The Burgers Priest and The Works). I was not a fan of their fries as they are a style I don’t like much. The peppermint shake was okay, but to be fair, I do not have milkshakes often. I will 100% try this place again when I’m in Niagara next.
