Excellent Service and Quality Workmanship. Eric and Brandon have provided us with new heating and cooling systems and have been there for us very step of the way.

Nothing but great reviews for Tri-Comfort, Eric and Brandon are top notch. Brandon added two years of life to our old furnace, when we couldn't afford a new one, which meant they got the job to put in a new one this week. Appreciate everything about their work from beginning to end and in between, even to looking for solutions for things not related to the job. Great Duo Ed De Freitas

I am a caregiver who lives outside of Port Colborne in fact 2.5 hrs. one way. My Mom's AC system went down suddenly, and she is currently recovering from heart surgery. Eric, from Tri Comfort Heating & Air went over and assessed the situation updated my Mom then called me. I found Eric to operate with honesty and transparency. I would like to recommend Tri-comfort Heating and Air. Anna

We purchased our house with their company card tucked in thermostat casing thinking they would be a great referable choice providing we had any issues. Well an issue came up. Our central air unit froze on us. We contacted tri comfort to repair our unit. The day they were contacted they told us they were in the neighbourhood doing a job and were able to stop by and check out our ac unit. Well, we waited and they came the next afternoon after another phone call. I realize it’s a busy time in the season but we would prefer honesty. Tri comfort was the company that installed our unit only 1 year ago. The same guy that installed the unit cane and added more frion and told us that if we have anymore issues to call them again. The next day it was frozen again. We called them and left a message only to be ignored and no call returned. The tradesman also told us our furnace was soon to be replaced even though we have never had issues with it and our bills are relatively satisfactory. Long story short, we had a licensed friend come over to discover it was a switch that was stuck in the outside unit causing the fan to run steady outside resulting in the line to freeze. Our friend also told us to never get rid of our furnace because it is one of the more efficient furnaces on the market for it’s time. It will last us years and years to come. The Cooling unit is working now thanks to our friend. I would not recommend Tri comfort heating and air to anyone. Honestly you shouldn’t have any issues only 1 season into the hot weather with a new unit and you would think you could trust the company that installed it to be helpful. I hope this review helps others in choosing a reliable and honest source for all their heating and ac needs.

I recently worked with Tri-comfort on a 3 storey house renovation that I was the general on. They do a very clean and professional job with touches other companies don't. Excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend Eric and Brandon.
