Tremont Medical Clinic is home to four dedicated physicians, including my family doctor, Dr. Wouter Oelofse, and no matter which doctor I’ve seen in their walk-in clinics, I’ve consistently received the same exceptional, compassionate care. The amazing front desk team truly completes the experience, they always go above and beyond to be helpful, welcoming, and efficient.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for many years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received. The receptionists are always efficient and polite. I know their job can’t be easy — they’re on the front lines managing schedules while everyone who calls feels they need to be seen right away — and they truly do their best to accommodate. Most importantly, I absolutely love my doctor. I always feel heard, respected, and well taken care of. It’s reassuring to know I’m in such capable and compassionate hands. I’m very grateful to have this clinic in our community.

The receptionists in this office are awful and so ignorant. They should not be working here if they have 0 remorse for the patients when they call. They hang up on people, they're ignorant to peoples stories and they treat people like crap. If you don't enjoy your job, don't work there. Plain and simple.

The doctors at this clinic are great but the receptionists are not. They seem quite rude even just over the phone - you can hear the irritation in their voice and tone. It's also quite inconvenient how they do not have a website or voicemail to request appointments or prescription renewals like other clinics. Especially when they are essentially closed for the weekend.

Doctors here are beyond wonderful and gracious. Receptionists on the other hand.. I have only ever had 1 good experience with reception. If you do not like your job…please find a new one. When you’re dealing with the general public, I understand it can be quite frustrating at times. But if you are dealing with a polite patient, I don’t see why you need to be rude, dismissive and unhelpful. It is important to treat everyone with kindness no matter your mood or what your life situation is.
