Excellent service. I went in without booking a trailer. They took down my name and told me they would call me when a trailer was available (giving me an approximate time). They called sooner than expected and the entire transaction was quick and efficient. Richard and Rob were great to deal with. Highly recommend if you have a DIY project.

Fantastic service!! Great quality and pricing along with friendly staff. Do not hesitate to give them a call with questions and a quote. It is a no brainer. I opted for delivery as I do not have a truck with a hitch and they were right on time and the driver was a very friendly guy. No mixing or clean up! Can't go wrong. Thank you to this company for running so smoothly and making my DIY project turn out exactly as I wanted.

Outstanding experience with Tow and Go NotL. We hit some details mixed up with the first batch, Rob went out of his way to make it right, and the second batch was perfect. Kudos to Rob, Richard and Alex the driver for their excellent service and professionalism.

Upon calling Tow N Go Concrete, I was greeted by Richard on the phone who was extremely pleasant, polite, and helpful. I explained my needs to him (as well as some aspects I was unsure of, asking for his advice) and he very quickly let me know the options they could provide as well as costs. He gave me a courtesy call in the morning to confirm the driver would be leaving in 15 minutes. When the driver, Rob, arrived at my home, he was extremely friendly as well, asked exactly how I wanted the truck positioned and then gave me assistance in raking it and screeding the concrete to ensure that I had enough before he departed. I had a great experience using these guys. This was my first go at concrete and I believe the owners name was Rob. He was great walking me through the process. I called a few times and he was always there answering the phone. He was able to get me an extra quarter of a yard mixed quickly for the job. Delivery was on time when he said it would be. Definitely would use this company again. Even his employees were super friendly at the yard.
