Elay from Top Fix Service in Welland came to inspect our broken garage door very last minute on New Years Eve. He came the next day with a new garage door opener, new springs and rollers and had everything installed in a short amount of time. Nearly 2 months later I was getting an error message on the garage door app said I did not feel comfortable solving on my own. I contacted Elay and he arrived to my house in under 10 minutes. He recalibrated the garage door opener setting the height for opening close, ran a diagnostic test and ensured it was working properly prior to leaving. A fabulous experience with Top Fix and a beautiful product. Elay came promptly the next morning after our garage door broke late one night. I sent them an email and didn't expect to hear from them after hours but they called right away. He gave us all of our options for repair or replacement and fixed our current door to open safely while we waited for the new one to arrive. Pricing was fair and communication was amazing. The only thing more amazing than the company is the final product. Door is a great match and I'm so happy we decided to wait a little longer for our custom grey.
