Great gym until its time to leave. Tried to put my membership on pause because we were having our first child. Buddy at the desk said he would take care of it and months later I'm still being charged. I go in only to find out that he forgot to pause it. They also never respond to emails.

Great spot to go. Always kept a very neat. Love the flexibility anytime all day long.

This gym has been nothing but a headache. ‘Number one gym in welland’ obviously isn’t a very high bar is this is what is considered the best. I paid for a membership 3 days ago and when I arrived at the gym today my memebership card was declined. How can you have a gym open 24/7 and turn off my memebership without staff to turn it back on. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. I never had big issues like this before with this gym other than the staff at the front desk being on a class while working and giving attitude that I wanted to get a membership while they were busy on the class zoom call. If you set your hours to help people don’t be surprised or upset when people come in for memberships between 4-8.

Me and my son did a 1 day free visit to check out the gym. The guy working was great and helped us out and showed us around. The amount of equipment they have is awesome we came at prime time 6 to 8pm and never had to wait really for anything. The dumbells go up to 140 so if your into big lifts it's the place to go. Overall atmosphere was great. We liked it so much we got a membership for the year. Best gym in welland for sure.

Great gym to lift weights at! They have a wide range of weight lifting equipment with weights exceeding most gyms in the region. True 24 hours access is nice as well! Old school warehouse vibes. Nothing else worth mentioning. Wouldn’t recommend.
