Tootsies Shoe Market

Came in this Sunday and was greeted in the most friendly and welcoming manner, staff were all very polite offering assistance and check ins throughout my visit. My experience was amazing and my sales girl who ended up assisting me (Megan) helped me find the perfect pairs 👌🏻🤩 ( not to mention at a fabulous price, cause black Friday came early 😍😍 ) will be back with a few of my friends who always struggled to find footwear like I did. I’ll be sure to tell everyone about this shoe store as it’s now gonna be my number one go to place. Thanks girls and thank you Tootsies’s Niagara Falls for having such attentive, amazing staff, my experience was one worth while! 🥰😌 your service does not go unnoticed. :)

Went to the Niagara Falls store to buy boots and slippers. I’m 82 and disabled , no one offered me any help to find my size or navigate the large piles of boxes. I left and went somewhere else.

Bought Clarks Cloudsteppers Sandals last summer. Wore them sporadically. They look brand new except for the rippled sole. Tootsies won't even consider replacing them. Clarks won't deal with me because I purchased them from a third party. They have both lost a customer.

Wow !! This store is amazing !!! So many shoessss 😍😍 Great deals, selection and the staff are always pleasant and helpful !! I always loved this Tootsies store, now with their upgrade and Skechers this is the best shoe store I've ever stepped foot into, they seriously have something for everyone.

Extremely poor customer service for online purchases! I bought a pair of shoes and wanted to do an exchange/ refund. They do not respond to emails and there is no head office number to call anyone. I tried calling the store and they were unable to help me unless I could go in. I live in Toronto and there are no locations within 50km. The store told me they did not have a head office number and said they would email customer service to ask them to respond back to me as they would be more likely to respond to the store faster than a customer. I would never recommend purchasing anything online with them! When they did email back they did not address me personally and just copied and pasted their content from their website in their email response. They do not provide shipping labels and expect you to cover the shipping charges. They should just remove their online store and all together and stick to brick and mortar. For this day and age it’s unacceptable to not have any support with online purchases if you offer that option! By the looks of it I don’t think they will last very long with this terrible service! Think twice before you give them your business even if the prices seem reasonable you will end up paying for it if you ever need help. Better off going to softmoc or globo!
