Titan Sportsplex Niagara

I initially emailed on January 17th regarding field rental and provided all the details requested on their website. I also sent a follow-up email on January 21st. It has now been 9 days with no response. I have called multiple times, but the phone goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full, so it is not possible to leave a message.

We recently had a birthday party at the Dome. It was a great experience and the kids had a blast. The party package included the turf for 1.5 hours and the party room. Lea was so helpful and accommodating on our booking and day of party. The party room was very clean and spacious. I definitely recommend booking your next party at the dome. It is a great place for all ages.

Leah is rude, disrespectful, disorganized and hearless. She took money and registration for a festival for an entire team. We didn't get any information in the days leading up to the festival we attempted to contact her many times. An entire team and their families booked hotel accommodations to attend this festival. Two days prior we are told she cannot accommodate our team and that there was an error on HER END but will take no accountability and is not willing to accommodate what our team paid for. She is letting down many children and their families after we PROPERLY REGISTERED and she could care less. I dont recommend dealing with anything related to her or this complex.

Love the place, an option so the kids don’t stay home all winter

2nd year using the dome for off season training and more than happy. Management (especially Lea) has been very flexible and understanding and always puts the kids first. Would highly recommend for everything from training to birthday parties (my son had one there that blew his friends away and made them all want to follow suit). Will definitely keep coming back!
