Thanks to Saffwan for your help and honest opinion while shopping with my husband! You turned a potential not so fun experience into a lot of fun and he's looking great!

Went in for a suit. Neither lady were helpful or had a clue what to do. When we asked for helped the older lady was incredibly short tempered and rude. I went next door and spent $700 at strauss.

I recently visited this location to help my friend get suited up for a wedding, and honestly, Debbie (if I’m not mistaken) and the rest of the staff were really helpful and professional. They took the time to explain sizing and made sure everything fit well. I saw them dealing with multiple customers at once and they stayed patient and respectful even when things got hectic. Reading some of the other reviews, I’m surprised as our experience was the opposite of what some are saying. Just thought I’d share our perspective, because it really seems like they care about doing a good job.

Absolutely Amazing service each and every time , I've been coming to this Location since January, I had the best interaction(s) with Ashley, her customer service was phenomenal remembered my name, guided me to understand what suit would look nice for my wedding! I have to say each and every staff member was super friendly every time! Ashley just made the experience memorable! Shout out to the Seamstress for the amazing tailoring job.. I believe her name is Nadia but I could be mistaken! Ashley deserves a raise!!!! Also this is a friendly LGBT+ store as I am part of this community!

At the time I writing this review, please keep in mind I was at another Tip Top Tailor Location in a different city the day before doing a suit fitting for someone else - so the level of service received at this location was completely opposite to what I was expecting and if I had known it was going to be that bad I would have just gone back to the other location. We walked in knowing what we were looking for, we told the worker what we needed. She basically got us the sizes we asked for for the pants and vest. The shirt we were told they didn’t have the size we needed, and than after about twenty minutes and us saying again do you have this size shirt all of a sudden she had one he could try on. (It was not an out of the ordinary size - Medium) Throughout the whole time we were there she was little to no help with his fitting, every time she got us what we needed she would go back to talking with the girl at the cash register. When we would have a question or needed additional help we were walking all the way up to the cash to get her again. Feeling that as people who were about to spend 500$ we were continuously being disregarded. Keep in mind the whole time we were here there were no other customers who came in to the store so it isn’t like she was helping other customers. There are certain circumstances where I could understand why the level of customer service would be compromised in this case there really wasn’t any excuse. Over and over she acted like she was too busy to help us or that we were bugging her. I think both of the girls working need a reality check in customer service, both could have had better attitudes during the whole thing. You could feel the entire time that they did not care to be doing their jobs. There were many times while we were there I considered leaving and going to another location where they would be happy to help. I will not be recommending this location to anyone moving forward - as this is the type of service where you are paying hundreds if not thousands of dollars and customer service is a key aspect of selling the product. If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would just based off of how I felt as customers we were being treated and the atmosphere the two workers were creating in this store.
