Wow. Professional, knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. Complete kitchen renovation and closet doors exactly as I had hoped for. The quality of the design and finished work are excellent. Reuben and his team were incredibly helpful and respectful throughout the entire process. I am amazed at how precisely the cabinets were measured and perfectly installed, including a beautiful coffee bar, all topped off with beautiful granite from First In Counters. The shelving and extras in the cabinets are well planned and practical making everything easily accessible. Timberwood magically fit a beautiful kitchen into a very small space and actually made my space look bigger. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and they left my place vacuumed and tidy. I have never seen any kitchen as beautiful as mine. Thank you, Timberwood.

Our kitchen turned out better than we envisioned. Great workmanship. We are so pleased with the kitchen cabinets, coffee bar, and family room built-ins. It all looks like it came out of a magazine. It was so easy working with Tim and his crew. When they give you a delivery date they’re right on. Any hiccups were fixed right away. Afterwards we had two vanities built by them and they are perfect. For our next projects we won’t be looking anywhere but Timberwood. We highly recommend Timberwood.

I don't ever write reviews like this but more issues have caused me to write this bad dare I say awful review. Only because i can't give it zero stars!!! I have never in my life dealt with such a disorganized place with such bad business tactics! They have been to my house 9 times. 4 were to fix this one cabinet. Screws in on angles on all my upper cabinets, drilled into the top of cupboards and filled with wax crayon then told i can fill it in more once it dries....NOT MY JOB! & it was going to chip my glasses as it was on the surface of the shelf. (I made them replace the cabinet). Everytime they came back to my house noone knew what they were supposed to fix so we had to tell them everytime and then they added more to be fixed. Parts were delayed (which wasn't a problem) but they couldnt measure correctly so they had to be ordered again...... Completely Disorganized and a horrid experience Small things I understand and some fixes I expected, but this was a kitchen fiasco from hell. I left messages for the owner after the 5th time and was responded to by NOT HIM but someone else. If i was the owner of this business i would get to the bottom of what was going on. We had to tell the company to leave the last time as I couldn't take it any longer. There are a few small issues but i would rather live with the issues than have these people back into my house! Seeing as i had to take so much time off of work and i was fed up past the point of patience. They also had the nerve to send me a message that i hadn't paid the remainder which i have a receipt for and i got the email from the lady to whom i physically handed the cheque to!!!! I hope people read this and that they take heed in my experience. Owner does not care at all about the quality of what he is putting out there and most of his staff does not know what they are doing. You are better to go somewhere else. Response to Tim: Tim, This is the first time you have responded like this.You have constantly ignored the issues and never bothered to even visit or call to see what the matter was. It was left to people who could not coordinate properly nor could they communicate or fix the issues. You would think after your staff had to be here after the 5th time you would say "Hey i should look into what is going on here!" But still after the 9th time... nothing! With our recent complaint to which my husband called you about within the last month or so of the cabinet looking like a curly lasagna noodle (considering it hasn't even been 10 months and this is happening already) you gave us a hassle over this. I called the company you deal with in Alberta to try and get some piece of mind to see if this was an issue on their part and whom i could get to fix it.(me having to pay out of my pocket again) They did some research and said it was your company that put the units together so they could not offer much help except to recommend another builder. I am not comfortable in having your crew in to fix this disaster. The bulkheads from the 9th visit are full of filler at the top (I understand a little but 3/8"??? come on now) ... none of the cabinets line up on the bottom (not to mention the lasagna noodle) There are just so many issues aside from the ones i listed above how can you fix problems when you refuse to acknowledge or even communicate with your customers until they post something. You would have done nothing about the issues we had; you were content to slough it under the table, no second thought. I don't like being this person but you left me no alternative but to let people know how our experience was. Perhaps you have done better work for other people and I am sure you have but I am so very disappointed in this whole endeavour and the way you handled our kitchen installation. It was not what I expected service wise or quality wise nor is it what I paid for.

We had our kitchen designed and installed by Timberwood and we were thrilled with it. They were incredibly helpful in the design process and we loved the final product. We had trouble visualizing what the doors would look like so they made a sample door for us just so we could see what it would look like. Since we were so pleased with our kitchen we also hired them to make vanities for our bathrooms as well as a custom bookshelf and entry bench. They were just as helpful the second time around and we loved the result once again.
