If you come here around 4am . The coffee always just warm? I've had to many partly warm coffees here. Tells me they turn the heat down so they prolong making a fresh pot.

This Tim Hortons is great for a quick bite. The coffee is good, and the donuts are tasty. It's a nice place to stop in the morning or for a fast snack. The service is usually quick, and it's easy on the wallet. Perfect for a fast treat! Fast serving nice employees!

I have been going to the Tim Hortons on Rice Road in Welland for years and I have to say, their service is top-notch! The staff are always friendly and super quick, even during peak hours. I love grabbing a coffee and a Timbits run to start my day. The drive-thru is always efficient and the dine-in area is clean and cozy. Kudos to the team for consistently delivering great coffee and delicious treats! Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

The NEVER following instructions. Every time I get a breakfast wrap, I asked for extra sauce and I get NO sauce WHATSOEVER. They try to make everything quick as possible, which then makes the order Wrong and not taste good. Same with coffees. Won’t be ordering from them anymore
