Tim Hortons

I had a rude lady that worked at this Tim Hortons make a big deal about me calling my coffee a 3 cream 1 sugar with an espresso shot instead of a “redeye” she was talking behind my back to her coworker like I wasn’t sitting right at the open window. Then she handed me the coffees and says here’s your 2 redeyes with a very sarcastic tone. This isn’t the first time this lady has been rude to me and my family

Everything is always great when I stop in for my extra large french vanilla Kyra usually takes my order, and she’s honestly such a sweet, reliable little worker. She’s always friendly, makes sure my drink is filled right to the top, and she’ll even hand me a couple of surveys for that 1.05$ if YKYK. It’s the little things, but it really makes the experience better. Big shoutout to Kyra, she’s a great employee and deserves the recognition. Keep it up, Timmies!

Ok , its becoming ridiculous, my husband doesn't listen NOTto buy from this place , well he doesn't speak perfect English ok but c'mon , he ask for a coffee, took a little longer to reply to the lady at the window , so she toss her machine at him pretty much and closed the window .... Also the new location @ Caledonia not even words to describe a s a robbery, combo breakfast sandwich bacon and eggs , well 1 strip of bacon and horrible eggs , wasn't even able to eat it , he only eat the strip of bacon and yet it cost over $9 for the combo people can't even eat . I do not recommend this business, franchise's, its always an issue with orders

I did drive thru got a extra large coffee price is normally 2.50 $ for it. Did a 20%off hot beverage was still charged 2.50 $ for my coffee.when I won't to school 2.50 - 20% doesn't equal 2.50 again. It should have been under 2$ . The drive thru rip me 50 cent because they can read a screen.

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! My coffee is always made perfectly, just the way I like it. The staff at the front are amazing the little ginger girl and the tall Black guy are always polite, fast, and super patient, even when it’s busy. They really make the place feel welcoming. Great service every time! ☕👏
