Tim Hortons

There is this girl, I am not sure of her name, who works mornings, and extremely early might I add! She is always very kind and makes my coffee and bagel perfectly! She is always such a ray of sunshine considering the sun itself is not even out yet! I have never received such good service from this new generation like I have with her, it is so hard to come by! She always compliments me, my nails or my glasses, and she always puts a smile on my face!

Both staff seemed young but the one young man I think he said his name was Jayden …… was doing drive through counter and making food orders that came up rather quickly for being a one man show. I hope his management knows how amazing he’s doing and how rare that is to find in this day and age.

Went there two days in a row they did a fantastic job with my triple triple. Went back today it was terrible. This is what happens when there is no consistency in labor.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee I was served by, Liam, was extremely rude during the interaction. I also witnessed him speaking harshly to other staff members, which made the environment tense and super unprofessional. As a fellow customer service worker, I come to Tim Hortons expecting a normal, respectful customer service experience, but this visit was the opposite. I don’t feel comfortable returning to this location. Management seriously needs to address staff conduct and ensure customers and employees feel safe.

They discriminate. Homeless person can't buy healthy food in this town. Inconsistent food quality discriminated against if didn't arrive in a vehicle. I live very close to this plaza tho I don't eat there frequently and it could have been a source of fresh warm food.. Wedges typically stale and hurt your mouth to eat them. Not to mention barely filled up. They have a courtesy counter with an outlet, they do let you charge electronics for now...
