I just order large French vanilla and look what I got so sad

I got coffee from here today. It was amazing, the young lady, she excellent in communication. Made my day,i don't know her name it was starting with G i think. it was really good. Thank you.

Good placement, good food, good atmosphere, overall a good tim Hortons. Would definitely recommend going here, it's one of the like 4 Tim's that isn't underwhelming (like not realy worth it.) I've seen alot of Tim's like that but this one isn't one of them. Freindly cashiers, service is smoth, lots of seating, parking is very available, definitely go here if your planing on going to a Tim's.

(Visitor from Calgary) Update: 2nd January, 2025 2:44pm Only one person behind the line and we waited 5 minutes infront of the counter.. none of the staff acknowledged us untill I asked if anyone is taking orders in the front.. I was told with an attitude that someone will be with me if I can have patience! Customer service department needs improvement!

I went to this location and they refused to give me the service simply because they claimed they cant hear my accent, drive to the window. They always pretend not to understand what you say if you dont sound like a white person. Amber (a staff in charge) said she wont give me service cos i was speaking too loud on the phone. She told me to drive away. I will never recommend this location to anyone and i will be going public against this location soon. Most Terrible Tim Hortons location ever!
