I ordered a large iced capp and a plain bagel toasted with butter. The iced capp wasn't fully full, and I had to wait to get the wrong bagel. I can't eat an everything bagel because it makes me sick. I didn't realize they gave me the wrong bagel until I got home. It seems like the staff can't tell apart plain bagels from everything bagels. They didn't care that they didn't give me points for my order or care about making we wait for the wrong order
View on GoogleOrder number 9071 - Donut put back in display and served again after being touched. When I took my donut out of the bag (served instore) I realized it was the wrong donut. Went to asked for a new one and the server reluctantly "exchanged" my donut. Despite my fingers being on the donut and my thumb print visual on the icing it was put back in the display case and served to the next drive thru customer. I assume with the order number you can track what employee and properly train on food handling.

I was there in the afternoon when a man came in pissed off that he had repeated his order 3 times and it he had to drive back cause his coffee was wrong. He was speaking loudly and obviously annoyed, the manager came out and yelled at him to stop yelling, she should’ve apologized fixed his coffee and offered him a gift card for $5.00. Then my order comes and it’s wrong, standing beside a lady whose food is wrong. Then I picked my daughter up from the rink, she wanted a chicken craveable on a bun, she wanted Habanero sauce instead of chipotle or ranch, I told her 3 times! I checked it before we left the drive thru, it looked right but when we got home it was chipotle 😑 This has been an ongoing struggle with this place! I think the manager needs to train her staff better, I worked at a very busy Tims in the past and we made the occasional mistake but we always treated our customers nicely even when they are not so nice. This Tim Hortons makes mistakes all the time! Don’t forget the business model “The Customer is Always Right!” This Tim Hortons was just remodeled and it has a great atmosphere, that’s why I gave three stars. Only 3 as the atmosphere drops when angry customers come in. I hope the owner sees this review and if you are reading this, you need to figure out what the problem is.
View on GoogleI wanted to thank the worker (Asian) I didn't notice a name tag jan 13th 10am. She let me use the washroom before ordering. She was very friendly. She told me they didn't have any more candy cane hot chocolate and even though that wasn't a problem she upgraded one to medium. Thank you so much hopefully your management recognizes you.
View on GoogleExtremely disappointed in this Tim Hortons. As a store manager for Tim Hortons I know that my staff treat the customer with the highest level of service at all times. I went through drive thru, repeated my order 4 times, had it repeated back to me and still was given incorrect items! I was going to go back but was already on the highway and didn’t have time to return. Now I have an upset grandson who did NOT receive 10 plain timbits, we were given a mix box of timbits, all 3 coffees were wrong and lids not marked. Deeply disappointed in this experience. Next time take the extra 3-5 seconds to get it right! The more you get right, the more you actually listen to what the customer is saying, the more your GPS will improve over time! Show interest in the customer and genuinely care about what you are doing.
