Great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and everything is fresh. Highly recommend for a quick stop!

Terrible service. Repeatedly get my order wrong. This morning I ordered a Farmers's Breakfast sandwich. They handed me a regular. I asked them to fix it and then they tried handing me a wrap. I insisted I get my Farmer's Sandwich (which includes a hashbrown in the sandwich) and they insisted that's what they had made the first time! I asked to see the original sandwich to show them it was missing the hashbrown and they refused saying they had already thrown it away. Left without getting my sandwich. Will never order from here again.

Drive through available. This location gets orders wrong pretty frequently. Once it happened twice in a row. So annoying. Staff are still friendly. Clean waiting area. No mich seating available. Parking lot can be difficult to find parking spots at certain times. Free WiFi. Drive through available

I usually have a great experience using Tim Hortons and ordering from this particular location. However, I recently placed an Uber order that included 6 assorted bagels and 4 pumpkin spice muffins. When the order came, I got one box with 6 assorted muffins. When I called, the lady explained that it may be that the Uber driver possibly forgot to give me the box of bagels. I would have understood that to be the case if I got 4 pumpkin spice muffins only, then I could assume the box of bagels was left. It was honestly disappointing especially seeing that Uber ended up accepting responsibility with no follow-up from Tim Hortons regarding the inquiry about how their staff understood or packed the order.

I haven't had a meal right once. Today I ordered two farmer breakfast wraps with no sauce and no cheese. I'm lactose intolerant so I can't have the cheese and I don't like the taste of the sauce. Both came with sauce and one with cheese. One was even labeled saying no sauce but it still had it. Quality control is important, especially when allergies or intolerances are involved. What a waste of $10!
