So I love Tim Hortons but my husband and I were so upset by our experience tonight. We wanted to grab some hot chocolates to go see the lights at Safari Niagara with our kids. The order WOULD have been 2 hot chocs, a French vanilla and one of their new protein lates. We waited an age in the drive thru (although there was no line, it was just us). Could have been short staffed. Okay. When we finally got our order placed we were told the hot choc/French vanilla machine was broken. Okay, disappointing but whatever. 2 iced caps and 2 protein lates and a ten pack of timbits all chocolate. What do we get when we finally get served? 2 runny iced caps, one hot late and one ICED COLD (I don't even know how that happened) and a box of timbits ...not a single chocolate timbit in sight. Normally I'd just go in and swap out for what I actually ordered but we didn't have the time because we had a specific ticket time.
View on GoogleAfter waiting 10 minutes as only 1 person working I tried to make a simple order of 1 tea and 2 tim bits. After repeating the order on 3 times I left, can make it at home faster. She first put in 2 donuts, told her to remove that and start again, then entered Chai tea which I never asked for. Staff need to understand English if they are working in a service industry. I won't be back!
View on GoogleThe guy was rude. Had to wait. Only one person working. Rudely said my machine was broken. We wanted candy cane white hot chocolate with expresso shot. We don't know which machine wasnt working. And he just walked away.
View on GoogleGot our order wrong today. Ordered 2 bacon farmers wraps and a coffee. They gave us one bacon farmers wrap. We asked for the other one and they gave it to us, but the one that was already made that had a B written on the wrapper (which we thought would make sense, B for bacon) actually turned out to be sausage, which I dislike eating.
View on GoogleVery disappointed with my recent visit. The store was clearly short-staffed, and the wait time was ridiculous. I had to stand in line for over 20 minutes just to place a simple order. Staff were trying their best, but the service was extremely slow and unorganized. Management really needs to address the staffing issues — this kind of delay during busy hours is unacceptable.
