I am consistently disappointed with the service at the drive thru. The staff are either super shy, not friendly, or lack training in customer service. They rush you through your order as though they just want to get rid of you. There was one person behind me today and I felt rushed. The food was cold and the bacon was under-cooked, despite request for crispy bacon.

My husband brings her here for coffee almost every morning. On weekends, they sometimes have a little coffee date together. This time, she finally got her own ‘special coffee’ (water), and she was absolutely thrilled. Thank you to the staff here for always being so sweet to her.

I am a busy mom so I didn’t get a chance to drink my iced Capp. Two hours later I was able too. I chugged my iced Capp until I felt a CHUNK of something go down my throat. I have no clue what this is. I did call the afternoon shift manager and he was nice. He asked me if I thought it was sprinkles from a donut.. definitely not lol He did offer to replace the iced Capp for me but I do know that I won’t be going back there nor able to drink one for an every long time.

This Timmies is Honestly a Joke ! I asked for a 4 cheese bagel with HERB &GARLIC Cream cheese & extra cream cheese . They give me the wrong bagel wrong cream cheese & we’re sparring with the cream cheese . Honestly teach your workers to take orders and make them properly . Countless times this Timmie’s gets the orders wrong and I’m sick of it .

I don’t usually review or rate chain or franchise restaurants but this one is seemed necessary. The food was decent, like the way you would expect. My concerns is there isn’t enough staff or food to suffice the traffic this place has to accommodate. Usually if you don’t have something I ordered it would be nice to have given a choice, but this place they don’t even let you pick a different donut with a limited choice from their empty shelves. Long wait times just to place your order and no one notices the mobile orders until you try and get attention from the staff. And just like their coffee I guess they want a new batch of customers every 20 minutes which I don’t get. Why is someone not allowed to have a big bag either? Although 20 minutes rule wasn’t enforced it’s strange to have such a board in a communally friendly place like Tim Hortons! Their needs to some sort of accountability on management for these absurd rules. I just find it strange. But I would still go if you want some coffee. Drive Through is usually nice.
