Not a great experience at this location. My husband and I were traveling and went in for a quick meal and coffee. We ordered a chicken wrap and coffee, but the cashier was very disagreeable. For someone in a customer service position, she was very unpleasant, inconsiderate, and should not be working with customers. I asked questions about the chicken wrap, which she could not even answer; she just shrugged her shoulders, never smiling or acknowledging my questions. She only stated that it would take about 3 minutes to prepare. The chef then took approximately 5-10 minutes to make the chicken wrap, and he disappeared so quickly that I could not even get him to cut it in half. I was very surprised at the bad service I received, considering that there were about 15 people in the restaurant. The 2-star ratings were due to the coffee, chicken wrap, and atmosphere being decent, but the service was horrible and deserved 0 stars.
View on GoogleJust moved the area and decided to try this Tim's out this afternoon. I have to say the 2 gentlemen working behind the counter have got to be the most miserable human beings in customer service I have ever encountered. Neither of them acknowledged any of the customers, no thank you and when I tried to interact, I was just given a blank stare. They clearly hate their jobs and shouldn't be working in this industry. Also, both of my coffees were luke warm at the most.
View on GoogleI visit this Tim Hortons often since it’s close to my work, but this time the service was unacceptable. The staff looked unhappy and unapproachable. I received a poorly made wrap with the veggies falling out, and when I returned it, the employee wearing a black mask said they were out of ingredients and told me to eat it with a fork without offering any apology. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If staff can’t handle customers properly, they shouldn’t be working in customer service.
View on GoogleAbsolutely disgusting. I went in today for a coffee and I asked for two timbits and while I was standing there ordering I noticed that the woman who was refilling the donuts was using her bare hands. Her and the two cashiers tried to tell me it’s OK because she’s a baker and she has clean hands so it doesn’t matter if she Uses her nasty, bare hands to handle food. I certainly hope this isn’t a Tim Hortons policy, but either way that’s nasty. And No, I didn’t take my timbits with me.
View on GoogleIf you're looking for a go-to Tim Hortons, this one should be your choice. This location is consistent, clean, and the staff are some of the kindest you'll meet—even under pressure. We come here daily and know the team well. Sure, there’s always going to be one person who’s not your cup of coffee, but that’s life anywhere. When Patty and her staff are on duty, things always run smoothly. Keep in mind: this spot sits at a major intersection right off the highway, so bring patience, respect, and a little humanity. They’ll match it with warmth, hustle, and your order done right. Good people get good service. Simple as that.
