Tim Hortons

As a former Tim Hortons employee I understand how busy this job is plus how rude some customers can be BUT wow I would have been fired if I had as much attitude as the one employee there Dakota. If I hadn’t had an appointment to get to I would have asked to speak to the supervisor. I’ve refrained from writing a review for some time now as getting a FV or HC that’s barely 3/4 full every time I order one is somewhat tolerable, disrespectful service is not what I put up with. I’d rather pay 3 times more for a drink from Starbucks because I’m actually treated with respect. Steer clear of this place. With the amount of poor reviews and generic responses from the owner; they clearly don’t care about their customers.

we’d like to say that Sarah she is absolutely wonderful and I love how much she loves my dog and she makes fabulous ice caps and Carter the brownie king makes the best brownie I’ve ever had in my life so they should get a raise! majority of the staff is great, but these two are just incredibly friendly!

I have been pleasantly suprised by this tims. My local tims refuses to make lattes so i had to find another place to go. Not only does this tims make lattes, but they take their time and do it properly, which is a rarity for tims lattes because they do take a minute or two to make. When done properly they taste so good. Really appreciate the staff here.

This isn't the first time this location has done this, not only do they never provide boxes for donuts or timbits but they also can't place them in a bag probably...

I don't know who cleans this men's restroom , but this is totally not been cleaned in quite sometime. Once again filthy washrooms and worse than a few weeks ago. Both urinals out of order. And the stink in the washroom, unbelievable!!! Also posted and management could not correct the issue and not even a reply!!! Shame on the owner
