Tim Hortons

Today Sunday Evening I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. I ordered a veggie wrap, but the staff member named David was handling chicken before preparing my order and did not change his gloves. As a vegetarian, this is very important to me. I politely asked him to change the gloves, but it should really be standard practice for hygiene and to respect customers’ dietary preferences. Thankyou

The Hartzel location is always insanely busy and it takes forever so I started going to this location and it’s SO much faster, despite still being busy. The person who works the drive thru in the morning is fantastic. Great service. Fast, friendly, and always efficient.

A few days ago, I went shopping with my kid and there were many families occupying all the tables. It was interesting to me because a few months ago, most of the homeless people were inside and it was unbearable for families to sit in this place. Today, I went back with my kid to buy drinks and donuts and luckily, everything was still nice and clean and tidy. I hope it continues like this so that we can come inside this Tim Hortons with our kids and sit in peace for a while.

Went through tim hortons to get my friend a coffee, a bagel and a bottle of pop. Sold out of popcorn but ordered the plain bagel, double toasted with butter. Got the coffee and bagel. Bagel was barely even warm, DEFINITELY not double toasted, and they initially just slapped a huge chunk of butter in the middle of the bagel. Tried to spread it around and clearly that didn't work since the bagel wasn't even warm cause when I bit into it, I just got a mouthful of butter and spit it out. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! If you consider yourself a high volume store and can't handle the traffic, then why serve what's supposed to be HOT food through your drive thru? I waited almost 10min in line at drive thru with 5 cars in front of me. I rarely will write a review based on a bad experience but lately this location is extremely lacking. Half the time the espresso machine is down so I've taken to going elsewhere but I didn't have time this morning and this location was on my way. I tried to call to speak to a manager and the line was so cracked and manager claimed he couldn't hear me(not the first time either and have called from different devices so clearly its their line). So at this point I figured fine, take it to reviews since clearly thats the only way to get your point across

One of the best Tim Hortons around, besides the food/drinks which it still offers one of l my favorites; the white hot chocolate, and great customer service. This place offers free Wi-Fi, unobstructed outlets and tons of parking. Very spacious restaurant but with fewer seats and sadly no cushioned chairs, the spacious parking lot only has 1 handicap spot and those in wheel chairs might find it awkward to enter as the access lip is in the way of cars leaving the drive thru, but the automatic door opening buttons are present and do work. Overall it's a great spot especially outside of the school year as do to a near by middle school it can get quite hectic with the kids.
