Absolutely terrible, disgusting behavior done by your employees! My kids were treated with such disrespect. They got nothing but attitude when your employees mixed up their order. They waited 20 mins only to have no sauce on their wrap, a steep tea that tasted like water and HAIR IN THEIR FOOD. You need to have a meeting with your team to discuss how to properly treat a guest. This is why I go to starbucks.They actually treat you like a decent human being there. The GM definitely needs to be contacted. Im sure they would love to hear how this Tim Hortons is running. I just might do that actually...

I called ahead to check on doughnut availability, and the staff member Micheala who helped me was calm, patient, and genuinely kind. There was no rush to get off the phone when i called and I really appreciate her calm respective manner— ive been to this location a few times and she always provides calm, thoughtful, respectful service. Just an amazing human being overall! When I arrived, the in-store experience from Mohib was just as friendly and efficient. Truly appreciated the positive and considerate customer service to him as well!. Thank you to the team!
View on GoogleWent through drive thru ordered a tea, coffee and wrap. They were going to hand me the wrong order. Then when gave me my stuff i asked if the coffee was made with cream she said yes she accidentally wrote milk. Nope she made it wth milk. Can not even get orders right. Worse Tim Hortons in St. Catharines.
View on GoogleI recently visited this Tim Hortons location and noticed quite a difference between the drive thru and in store experience. While the drive thru was moving efficiently, service inside was much slower. There were only two customers ahead of me, but it still took about ten minutes for my order to be taken. Although the staff were clearly working hard and staying busy, there was little engagement with customers inside. The staff appear disengaged. The overall atmosphere felt tense. It seemed that in-store guests weren’t as much of a priority compared to drive thru or mobile orders. I don’t mean this as criticism of the staff, who appeared to be doing their best under pressure, but rather as feedback that might help management find a better balance and create a more welcoming environment for everyone.
View on GoogleI really wanted to love this place, and in many ways, I did. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly working hard. The coffee was excellent and the donuts looked tasty. But what completely changed the experience for me was overhearing what I believe was the owner loudly reprimanding his staff in the kitchen. It was uncomfortable, unnecessary and unprofessional. I truly hope this gets addressed, because deserve better. I might come back, but only if the environment feels more respectful and supportive next time. Because of the staff I gave this place a 5 as they deserved it.
