Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Both the same. English muffin was barely warm, egg was destroyed and crunchy like egg shells were mixed in. Terrible experience and not cheap.

It was my girlfriend and I’s first time visiting this location, honestly not expecting much, but the front of store staff, Liz, was phenomenally nice, caring and catering. She demonstrated true kindness and desirable service to us that we can’t help but comment how the three stars on her name tag should be bumped up to 5. Made our mornings even better than before! Thank you Liz!!

The Tim Hortons on Louth Street has genuinely stepped up its game in the past months. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The staff are noticeably friendlier, more attentive, and faster with service. Orders come out correctly, the food is fresher, and the overall flow is smoother — especially during busy hours. Also, team members greet customers warmly, handle requests with patience, and keep the space clean and welcoming. Even the drive-thru feels more efficient and organized now.

I visited this location November 12, around 11:50 AM/12 PM I walked in the cold with my baby in her stroller to get the cute bear tray with 50 Timbits. I get home only to count 34 Timbits. Obviously employees are too lazy to properly fill orders. I am limited to where and when I can go places with a young baby. This is super disappointing.

Dreadful experience and I never leave any reviews. Waited 15 minutes for an idea cap, cheese croissant and 2 timbits. When I finally asked where things were I was told we don’t have a cheese croissant. Asked to speak with the manager, he was apologetic and offered as a solution to melt cheese on a croissant for me. It’s pretty much the same he said…. I reluctantly agreed as I wanted to get out of there. 6-7 minutes later we got this….see pic attached. Dreadful. Terrible service. Everyone there we saw had issues and slow slow service.
