Tim Hortons

Ordered for a large darks roast black from the drive through . Gave me in a normal cup. When I asked for a roll up cup he said he’s out of roll up cups. Saw the girl behind him handing out a roll up cup. I asked about it he said we don’t have any of the large cups and rudely shut off the window on my face. I get that you’re minimum wage and it’s stressful but it doesn’t give you the entitlement to act like that with customers.

Came this morning to grab a coffee before work. The staff were working super fast, they were friendly even during a rush hour. The best experience i’ve ever had in Tim Hortons.

This is so far the cleanest, fastest and most friendly Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Even though during rush they are always calm. They also work as a team. Thank you so much!

I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons for the past couple of days, and I just want to give a shoutout to one of the managers. I’m not sure of her name, but she has curly hair and is always incredibly fast and friendly. She makes sure customers are served quickly, and even during the rush she always has a smile on her face. Her positive attitude truly makes a difference and always makes my day much better. Thank you to that amazing manager for the excellent service!

Ordered a large French vanilla, didn't even fill it up. This is essentially a medium but yet I was charged for a large. Actually two, as my spouse got one as well and same thing. From now on, people check your drinks before leaving, this has happened too many times
