Tim Hortons

Just had the nicest interaction at the Tim Hortons at the Pen Center. Your employee Alex is amazing and went above and beyond for me and my kiddos. I had asked for an extra bag for a doughnut as I was going to split it for my kids and them each having a bag would save some mess. He brought it out cut it in half for us! He was so sweet and kind. You have a great employee here! :)

Second visit in a row same employee can’t get a simple 10 timbit order accurate. Avoiding negative review first time but if they just allow this to continue happening this is well deserved

My sister and I went through the drive thru this evening. Right from the moment Preston took our order the customer service experience was top notch. Preston was friendly and engaged, he read back the order making sure he entered it correctly. When we got to the window he was professional, polite and funny and he never stopped smiling. This guy is a keeper and as long as he is working I'll be coming in more often. It is difficult to get such amazing service these days. He has restored my faith. Thank you.

This location is always so kind ❤️ I order an icecap almost daily and the young man is always so helpful and goes above and beyond! As well as the other staff members everyone is so sweet and attentive this will forever be my favourite Tim’s location ❤️
