Tim Hortons

My husband comes here almost everyday on his lunch from work. Today while on the phone with me he went through the drive through and ordered a “simply sausage with extra sausage” they told him to pull forward. When he checked his food he did not get extra sausage so he drove back all while on the phone with me still. He went inside the store to let them know of the error while being polite as he can because this isn’t the 1st 2nd 3rd or even 4th time this has happened it’s been more like 20 times at this point. The lady at the cash tells him “Well you should have been looking at the screen to make sure it was right”. Last time I checked that is literally your job to do that and to confirm the order is correct. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. Tim Hortons is going down hill fast.

Ordered two plain bagels toasted with cream cheese and I get a thin layer of cream cheese? Very underwhelming when your spending $4 on a bagel. Coffee accuracy is questionable aswell.

Love the fresh beagle and the packing. The workers here know what they're doing and deserve a raise for sure. Got the order just perfect!!!

Friendly staff. Fast and efficient. Good fresh pastries. Drinks comes nice and hot or cold when ordered. Clean facility. Nice looking interior. Free WiFi. Why do no Tim Hortons anywhere ask to scan your points card ever? Come on people.

Stopped at this Tim Hortons while driving from Brampton to Niagara Falls, and it was the perfect refreshment break! I was really hungry, and I’m so glad I chose this location. The bagels were super fresh, toasted just right, and the coffee was easily a 10/10—hot, smooth, and perfectly made. The service was quick, friendly, and polite, even though it was a busy time of day. Clean environment, fast service, and tasty food—this spot made my road trip even better. Thank you to the staff for the great experience—keep up the good work! 🙌
