Tim Hortons

Went through drive thru got asked to park by the front doors because we ordered food and it was gonna take a few minutes. What feels like forever went by, go in and ask about the food, got told "they got busy" an order was places before it got busy. Why tell drive thru to move else where if you can't take the minute to run out the order when it's ready.

90% of the time this location is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, the whole thing. Today however I will have to say I was saddened by what I saw. Dee was the gentleman who took my order and as always he was fantastic. Hashbrowns were out so I had to wait a bit ( NBD) during that wait Dee had switch from cash to cleaning. He had his gloves on, sweeping, mopping just killing it. Here's where I got sad. My food became ready to hand out, Dee was informed, however Dee beging the responsible guy he is. Asked another girl to hand me my food as he had cleaning gloves on and didn't wanna handle my food with dirty gloves. The annoyance that the girl seemed to have at his request was very upsetting. The look she gave him wasn't cool. Thank you Dee for being food safe!!

The costumer service is very good. I went for my tea in the night and the glamorous girl called Melissa (Mel) was so kind with me and her way of talking was really very nice. If someone is reading this so definitely visit this Tim Hortons

Wendy is a good worker and she worked very hard at her job. She’s doing really good working and she go with orders a nut and be patient. She’s patient with other people when they need help at the front desk cashier. Good work day. When do you keep up the good work? Your work is so hard and that.

Today I stopped by this Tim Hortons with my Granddaughter, we were served by a girl name Mia (I think that’s her name), and we had amazing service. All though we did end up waiting a bit longer for our sandwiches than we would have liked, we could tell the staff were trying their best. Ended up leaving a tip which I rarely do, bravo.
