The customer service is great, very friendly people and the inside is always kept very clean.

I had the loaded scrambled egg hash make sure if you order it the eggs are cooked through it just went through me

I was in the other day and an employee, an older woman, reached into the garbage can behind the counter and took out food, and transferred it into a take out bag. I was shocked! I'm very concerned by this behavior. I can't think of any reason why this would be acceptable. There are so many health and safety infractions. I will not be returning.

I went through the drive-thru this evening around 5:30 PM - I ordered a chicken bowl. I drive with it and opened it in my kitchen. The amount of food and the quality of the food was absolutely awful! The rice was crispy and dried out and the portion might have reached almost half way of the bowl - this “meal” cost $11.29 - Tim Hortons is a HUGE company and makes a disgusting amount of money. Are they that greedy they can’t give a decent portion of food? WOW!

Fist time here from the U.S. Our server was Catlin. She was awesome. I had the sausage farmers wrap replace the eggs with a hash browns. It was delicious. Also had the apple fritters, chocolate dip donuts. Everything was great. The coffee was the best, nice fresh, and smooth and delicious. Yay Tim Hortons.
