Tim Hortons

Used to be a good place for a quick stop. Now all new staff and service has gone downhill. Not to mention they always make you pull ahead and park if you have any food order… achieve their time-metrics and make you wait for however long it takes them. I’m going to stick with the Tim Hortons (there are a few left) that still value friendly service.

I wouldn't recommend this tim hortons to anyone, theres way better ones not too far away from this location. The service was super slow even though it wasn't busy, the food was poorly made— i ordered a sausage farmers wrap that was terribly wrapped and when i looked inside the wrap there was barely any sausage, egg or cheese. I also ordered a vanilla iced coffee, they got my order wrong and made me an original one. I’m not one to make reviews but this location just let me down compared to other tims.

I purchased a " To Good to Go" bag which is supposed to be a $15 value for $5 and I received two donuts and 7 Tim bits for this price. Please explain to me the value in this??? I bought the exact same TGTG bag at another Tims location and was given a full box of FULL of donuts. Incredibly disappointing every time I ever use this location.

Whenever I order from here I never receive my order on time. I order 10 minutes in advance through the mobile app just in case they make it, but every time I go to the drive-thru they tell me to go to the other side and wait. These employees are so inexperienced and incompetent that I'm constantly late for work and they can't even make a coffee. I waited 20 minutes and when I went in to ask they said they haven't made it yet. Either close this place down or train the staff.

I go to this tim hortons every morning before work and every single time I order the egg bites they NEVER have them. I asked the worker why they never have them and he answered "maybe tomorrow" ill be going to a different tim hortons from now on. They never have anything you ask for. Always out of something. Do better.
