I never experienced such a rude manager who treated her employees very disrespectful. Her attitude showed lack of patience towards customers and her co workers. The server Olivia was super nice enough to conduct professionalism while her manager Muskan showed unprofessionalism and conducted bad behavior in front of all the customers. This is a bad Tim's to even consider to be have a good review. Trust me. You want to go to a place where respect and admiration and kindness are shown..and this place is thumbs down . Only. The server Olivia deserves the total respect as she was super kind to not affect her behavior cause of this certain individual manager Muskan!
View on GoogleThis Tim Hortons is the absolute worst location I've ever been to in terms of customer service and food quality. I'm not speaking about just an one-off experience. I'm speaking from regular visits and the staff are absolutely miserable to be working there, gets orders wrong, does not admit to their own mistakes, gives attitude back to the customer when we speak up about it. Not sure if any amount of training can improve the way they treat customers since the cultural differences are too dominant. They think they can get away with this type of customer service because they are in a prime location where sales automatically come to them. They are always overwhelmed whenever there is a lineup, highly disorganized, cannot problem solve and cannot make a standard coffee taste the same. Where is the leadership here? Don't just respond to my review because of course it's a one star and pretend like you care with a cookie cutter response. Spare the time and actually address the complaints and issues customers are having. There is no other way to resolve my complaint other than observing an actual change in the demeanor of your staff. How about a smile? How about an apology when they make a mistake and confronted about it? Most of the time the elderly are being treated poorly on a busy show day at the casino, and if they have the tech ability to leave a Google rating you would be flooded with negative reviews. If there's an option for zero stars I would gladly give one. Unbelievable to hear that the unemployment rate is high but you choose to hire people who do not want to work there
View on GoogleA typical Tim’s, conveniently located at the food court in the lower level of the Fallsview Casino Resort. Staff were pleasant. We could use app offers and prices appeared to be the same as regular locations. Impressive considering this is such a popular tourist destination. The hot chocolate, though, was a hot mess- way too watery, so perhaps there was something wrong with the machine, but the donuts were good!
View on Google24/7 Tim Horton’s in the same building as the hotel and casino - I expected a long wait line, but it went quickly. I don’t have any major complaints about this location! Only thing I would say is that I ordered a 10-pack of Timbits and requested the honey dip. When given the prepackaged one, I asked how many were in there. I was hoping we could select honey dip specifically but we were given the variety pack instead with barely any honey dip.
View on GoogleLocated in the food court, one level down from the hotel. Take the escalator down and turn behind the escalator. Service was average and orders take a bit of time. I wasn't too impressed with the egg omelet box, it didn't look anything like the picture. Basically a scrambled egg, a hash brown chopped into 5 pieces, sausage crumble and smothered in some weird sauce sauce, which didn't seem like it was on the picture. Coffee was good..
