Tim Hortons

If you want a nice beverage, go in the mornings or afternoons but the late evening crew sucks. Nothing is ever fresh. Bought an extra large steep tea and it tastes meh😔

Great take-out service by Amandeep at Tim Hortons few days ago. She was friendly, fast, and professional. My kids appreciated her smile and the way she handout timbits to them. My kids shy, never say a word to someone but they said Thank you to her. I am so glad from her service.

We ordered a hot chai tea latte, and the order was taken by SUPERVISOR KIRANPREET Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my 3 years in Canada. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, with an unnecessary attitude while taking a simple order. There was no politeness or basic courtesy, which is unacceptable—especially from a supervisor. Customer service matters a lot, and this experience was very disappointing. I hope management provides proper training so this does not happen to other customers.

Jenn, Alyssa, Cindy and everyone else at this location are the absolute best! I've been coming here for years for my morning coffee and they're always cheerful and kind! Speaking of which, I was surprised and so very happy when Alyssa reached out the window this morning and handed me a Christmas Card from the Kalar Rd Tims Crew! A wonderful bit of sunshine when I needed it. Best group of "dears" ever!!

We had an order with food and 3 out of 5 bagels. One bagel was ordered extra butter and come out dry. A second bagel was missing bacon we asked for and the third bagel is the one in the picture. I didn’t catch the owners name but I witnessed him being rude to two teenagers that were there as well. He tried giving me attitude also but I wasn’t about to have it. Do better
