Tim Hortons

The staff here is really great. I frequent this store 2 days a week for about 20 weeks traveling every summer. I send my order in via Mobile App and it's waiting for me with smiles and a sleeve. Love my Dark roast. Keep up the good work. The morning crew is great. Gonna miss it.

Not sure what people see in Tim Hortons. Way better fast food places with better service and way better food. Placed my order and then waited and waited. Saw a container placed on the pickup counter. Waited another five minutes or more, then went up to the counter and had to call out to someone if this was my order. They finally decided it was. In other words, service sucks here. They were not busy, so cannot use that excuse. Got the chicken cilantro lime bowl. It was okay. It had cucumbers in it, which I hate. Rice had a good flavor. Got a chunky chocolate chip cookie. Was decent but had very little chocolate in it. Detest their cheap utensils. Do not work. Might as well use my fingers!!

Asked the guy to unlock the family washroom since the other only washroom had been busy for a long time so instead of unlocking the door, he rudely said "I can't open it" and walked away. Is this how your staff is supposed to respond? Why do you have the extra washroom when you don't want to give access of it to your customers?

Finally tried Tim Hortons. Not sure why it took me this long, but this was my first Tim Hortons experience. Went in expecting a bit of Dunkin’ vibes, but it actually felt more like a Canadian version of Starbucks. Just way cheaper. Tried a few drinks, and honestly, all of them were just okay. Maybe I’ve lived in Boston too long, but I’d still take Dunkin’s Original Blend over any of them. Their new Loaded Breakfast box with scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns was fire though. That drizzle of chipotle sauce gave just the right kick in the morning.

“Tim Hortons, we know you can do better I’ve given this Tim Hortons multiple chances (5551 MURRAY STREET), but unfortunately, the food quality has always been worse, I’ve had to drive back multiple times to ask them for fresh food. So disappointing. You pay so much and they keep giving you trash. I have tried driving to different locations in Niagara the one on Stanley 5233 Stanley Avenue it’s the same story there as well. Coffee tasteless, cold, watered down. Chicken so dry and old and rubbery even dogs won’t eat. Drove twice today got cilantro lime chicken bowl was horrible just look at the chicken strips yourself so dry. Went back again to complain and ask for exchange this time they gave me fresh strips and undercooked rice. I work down the street and I found this place to be convenient. Called the store and spoke to Supervisor “DIVI” when complained he said “I asked if the bowl looked good” obviously it did look all good like they threw in fresh chicken strips but rice was undercooked do I now stand there and taste my bowl? After explaining him how frustrated I was every time they mess up my food he said “Give me your name and I will make a note to give you a fresh bowl when you come next time” The items often taste stale or poorly prepared, and staff seem rushed or inattentive. It feels like there’s little care for the customer experience. I used to enjoy Tim Hortons, but the standards at all Tims location really needs to improve both food standards and customer service. Hoping management takes this seriously.
