Tim Hortons

I ordered 3 dark roast regular at morning time around 8:30 but it taste like warm water. Not good place to buy coffee

I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members named Kassie, who had purple hair. She made a mistake with my order, and when I politely told her that the order was wrong, she became rude. She threw the money back toward me and said that we ordered incorrectly. We had asked for a medium tea, but she gave us a small. She kept insisting that we said small, even though we clearly said medium. She then told us we had to pay the difference, which we did not mind. However, she came back to the window and continued arguing, repeatedly saying that we had ordered a small. As customers, we felt disrespected by her attitude and behavior. The situation could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully.

I visited this Tim Hortons this morning around 7:15 a.m., and the service was very disappointing. There were three staff members at the front, and the store was not busy at all—neither inside nor at the drive-through. Despite this, I waited over five minutes just to have my order taken. After that, I had to wait even longer for two coffees. It appeared that the staff were prioritizing drive-through orders and completely ignoring walk-in customers. Additionally, one older lady staff member was quite rude and dismissive toward both customers and other staff, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the service was poorly managed and needs improvement.

This Tim Hortons is super close to my workplace, and I always stop by for my favorite a Triple Triple 😄 The staff are really nice, especially Khush and Simran. They always have my order ready as soon as they see me because they already know what I like. Such friendly and thoughtful service kudos to them😊🙏

Great Experience at Tim Hortons! I had a really good visit to Tim Hortons today. The service was quick and the staff were friendly and polite. My coffee was hot and fresh, just the way I like it, and the donuts were delicious as always! The place was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. It's always a reliable spot whether you’re grabbing something on the go or sitting down for a quick break. Definitely coming back!
