I had a great dining experience here. The cashier, Riley, was friendly and helpful. The food came out fast and was good quality. One of my favourite stores in the area by far!

Outstanding Service from Ruth at Niagara Falls Tim Hortons! Visited Tim Hortons at 6948 McLeod Road, Niagara Falls on Dec 12, 2025 (Order #9649, 7:57 PM). Ruth provided exceptional customer service that turned a small issue into a memorable positive experience! What happened: My online order included an Apple Fritter Donut that was unavailable. Ruth offered any replacement and when I chose the new Biscoff donut, she initially mentioned a 30¢ difference. I explained it wasn’t my error. Ruth went above and beyond: Invited me inside, understood I’m a long-time customer leaving Canada soon, gave me the Biscoff donut free of charge, AND gifted my daughter a complimentary pack of 10 Timbits as a heartfelt farewell gesture! Her professionalism, empathy, quick problem-solving, and genuine generosity made us leave smiling. As international travelers and loyal Tim Hortons fans, Ruth reinforced why we love this brand. Ruth is a superstar - hope Tim Hortons recognizes her! Highly recommend this location for her alone. 🙌

This tim Hortons is disgusting the tables are filthy all the time . You have to clean the table yourself if you want to sit down . The windows are filthy. The garbage is always over flowing . The floors are sticky . And the bathrooms are disgusting . I won’t even use the washroom . Some of the staff are nice , some need to be retrained in customer service.
