Tim Hortons

Some staff need more training and don't know all items available and several times had hot cappuccino made with espresso that they premade and sitting instead of fresh when ordered. Some staff have terrible customer service while there are still two or three that are always pleasant and engaged with customers

My husband and I normally don't go inside but this time we did and will be the last time! It was 11:30 pm ( February 4th )and we ordered a coffee and 2 brownie chocolate chip cookies and sat down . The coffee was good and cookie's was good, one of the workers there started cleaning up the grills and he steamed the whole inside of Tim Hortons! The whole place was full of smoke so bad that my husband was feeling sick and I started getting a sore throat really bad! I don't know what chemical's you use they shouldn't be doing that when customers are inside!!! My throat today is still sore!!!

My experience is with some staff at the drive thru window. The order taker was nice and pleasant. The lady at the window was blunt, snappy, and rude. Can hardly understand her... No greeting. Just yells out the total and the scanner wouldn't work. She was honestly so frustrated and said it was my fault and my phone was the issue. She finally got it to work. I paid with debit and she doesn't even wait and is literally almost dropping the drinks into my hand. Doesn't bother to wait and is so rude. I told her to stop as I almost dropped the hott tea. I then made her wait to put my card away. She still continued to literally throw bags and another drink my way while her head was turned. No greeting, no manners. What kind of training do they give some people. If you hate your job that much then leave. Don't go here unless you like being disrespected 🙄

Open 24/7. Friendly staff and quick service. Drive through available. Fresh coffee and baked goods. Meals are okay. Prices are good. No credit card surcharge. Free parking. Free WiFi. Clean dining area. Washrooms need work. Bus stops nearby. GO bus stop and parking lot nearby too.

It's a place where you can relax and spend quality time with your family and children, both in terms of location and accessibility. We had a wonderful time with a wide variety of food and beverages, without ever getting bored. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. It had everything you need in a business.
