2 times i went to this location and ordered bagel and cream cheese and both times they didn't cut it in half?? How are people that are driving supposed to hold it properly. Cmon guys, get it together!!! Cut those bagels, EVERY TIME!!!
View on GoogleTotally disappointing. I ordered a crispy chicken hapenaro bowl and they provided a crispy chicken habenaro wrap. I asked them to change it at the window and what they did? They opened the wrap and put it in the bowl just to lower their “average time” at the drive thru. These supervisors and managers doesn’t even care. They rush until 5pm and then make the customers wait for 10-10 mins just serve a coffee..
View on GoogleOk I understand the atmosphere of workplaces and how hectic it can get when there is a huge line up and you’ve dealt with however many customers…. But I’m sick and tired of being rushed when ordering. I already have severe anxiety doing it.. I type what I want out prior to going, I even practice my order… My order today was so simple. Vanilla dipped donut and a 10 pack of ALL chocolate timbits. Plus the line was not long at all. There were 3 people. Not only was I rushed over the microphone ordering they also took 2-3 mins just to grab a donut and timbits as I’m at the window. They got the donut right thank god as I promised my son his favourite donut after being so brave getting his shots right before. But he asked to get some timbits to share with his brother. They only like chocolate. Yeah long story short they gave me all the wrong timbits and I had 2 boys screaming at me because it’s not what they like. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this Tim’s but that really got me. I couldn’t give my kids what they wanted because people can’t listen and have to rush me when I’m ordering.
View on GoogleI ordered on uber eats. Extremely disappointing service. The hot chocolate had an oily film on too of it. The sandwich had cucumber in it. Time to ditch Tim’s I guess.
View on GoogleTerrible packaging! My Uber Eats order leaked all over my car seat and completely ruined it. When I called the restaurant to report it, they had the audacity to blame me instead of taking any responsibility. This is beyond unacceptable — if you can’t package coffee properly, you shouldn’t be offering delivery at all. Absolutely disgraceful service
