I want to give a shoutout to Pam at Tim Hortons. She noticed that my extra large French Vanilla had the usual gap at the top and kindly topped it up. It might seem like a small thing, but it really makes a difference. Excellent service and such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Pam!
View on GoogleMy name is Lucien Delean and I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tim Hortons on Dorchester road today. My server was a wonderful lady named Linda. One day I hope Linda appears in a Tim Hortons television commercial, because I feel she represents what Tim Hortons is truly all about. She made me feel as though she was welcoming me into her own home. I also understand she is a long time employee of over twenty years. I believe Linda should be recognized for her sustained commitment and jovial disposition. She truly deserves it. Thank you Tim Hortons for hiring people like her.

During my visit, an employee named Kalpana was unprofessional in her manner, spoke very loudly without cause, and ultimately prepared my order incorrectly. This was my second interaction with the same employee. I chose to overlook the first incident, assuming it may have been an isolated situation. However, experiencing similar behavior again made it difficult to ignore. As a paying customer, I expect courteous service and accurate order preparation. I believe this matter should be reviewed by management, as customer service standards were not met during this visit. Addressing this issue would help improve the overall customer experience.
