Tim Hortons

Someone drank and had a party in the female bathroom - my associate (whos on the clock) - asks for the bathroom to be cleaned as its it filthy. At 5 min - I get involved to make sure - like hey its not busy here - is anyone gunna clean the bathroom? Just over the 10 minute mark 1 person went to clean the washroom - no urgency or with a customer in mind that really needs to use the bathroom. I spone with a supervisor or manager - said that it would be cleaned. It was lime they didnt care... I understand its cold - 2 non-functuoning toilets and about a dozen beer cans is completely unacceptable.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful and they serve amazing coffee and food

Great service and cozy place I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The service was very fast, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place felt cozy and comfortable to enjoy my coffee. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to

Well the girl working the window asked me to leave a Google review, so maybe be careful what you wish for. I’ll say this the service was quick but I was also the only one in the drive thru at the moment it should be fast. Though I think it’s odd you ask me to review you when I get to the window. What I will end on is my bagel had so little cream cheese the one half had literally none on it when I opened my bagel. Secondly why isn’t the bagel cut again the way they used to be so you get 4 more manageable pieces instead it ripping a bagel in pieces. I’ll leave the pic I took of this sad thing you call a bagel with cream cheese. I had to rip the empty half in pieces and try to smear some of the little cream cheese from the one side.

Recently had breakfast at this Tim Hortons while driving back from Niagara Falls. It was a very good experience. The food was fresh and delicious, making for a great start to the day. The seating area is huge, clean, comfortable, and well-arranged. The staff were friendly but felt bit chaotic when it got crowded in the morning and they were looking little bit uneasy. It took quite a while to place and order and to receive it. But overall good breakfast.
