View on GoogleBobbi is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit the Tim Hortons on 8089 Portage Road, she greets customers with a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude. She’s fast, friendly, and always makes sure orders are correct, even during busy times. Bobbi truly goes above and beyond to make each visit a great experience, and it shows how much she cares about her job and the customers. Employees like her are the reason people keep coming back. Keep up the fantastic work, Bobbi!
View on GoogleAnother day, another botched food oder. I ordered a Bagel B.E.L.T. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. This Chippewa location is the absolute worst at food orders I've ever encountered. Either something is completely missing, you get the wrong food order or it's soggy timbits that look like someone licked them before boxing. Safe yourself the frustration and stick to coffee orders here. They get em right if you keep it a simple double double.
View on GoogleHonestly the worst Tim Hortons there is and I’m a local. Worth the drive to another location. Staff are rude at the window. Half the time there is next to no glaze on donuts or even any on timbits that should have it… they just don’t seem to care about customer service or quality of food and drinks. Second visit I get this bagel.. Seems like they are lazy when it comes to quality of orders for drive thru
View on GoogleThis Tim Hortons in Chippawa has become my go-to break spot whenever I’m out riding my motorcycle. There’s something special about this location—whether it’s the welcoming atmosphere, the scenic views, or the sense of community it brings. It’s the perfect place to grab a fresh cup of coffee and trade stories with fellow bikers who often stop in as well. What really makes it stand out, though, is the location. Just steps from the water, you can sip your drink by the dock, take in the peaceful view, and watch kids jumping off the bridge or thrill-seekers zipping by on power sports. This spot offers more than just a coffee break—it’s a relaxing pause in the ride, a mini escape, and a great reminder of what makes small-town Ontario so special.
