Tim Hortons

The line up was short, which h surprised me as Tim Hortons has been busy lately. Coffee was great and lots of seating. I was pleasantly surprised on this visit.

Today me and my brother was in drive through and Christin took our order, she was very friendly and so helpful to me, Thanks for the great service Tim Hortons.

Hoping to have a good time turned out why even we chose to visit this location ? Right from the attendant taking my order, not welcoming at all. All I requested was take an extra minute before placing the order to decide as my little one was checking what he wants to eat. Upon which our order was taken with the gesture of "why you are even here" kind of a look. No one was behind us in the line up and waiting because of us ! Ordered toasted bagel, turned out black, totally burned ! We requested that it is not what we ordered, upon which we were told that's what we can get you when you order "toasted". They replaced and what they have was even worst, a cold non toasted bagel ! No acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. Further to add to the special, coffee wasn't fresh at all !

My experience at Tim Hortons was extremely disappointing. The chicken bowl I ordered had lettuce that was in terrible condition wilted, soggy, and tasted off. This made the entire meal unpleasant and honestly unacceptable. When you’re paying for food, freshness should not be optional. I won’t be ordering here again.

This location is the best!!! As Americans, we don't have nearly the options as there are here. We ended up coming two days in a row because our first experience was so positive. The staff was friendly and patient both visits as we tried to decide what we'd like to try. The flatbread pizzas took a little extra time, but we didn't mind, we don't have those at home. Saved this location for future visits to Canada 🇨🇦
