Tim Hortons

I’m absolutely appalled by the service I just received at the Tim Hortons on Raman Road. I placed my order 20 minutes before this review, and the staff was not only rude but also completely unprofessional. The female employees handling my order were dismissive, condescending, and had zero regard for customer care. This is a total disgrace to the Tim Hortons brand. If this continues, they are going to drive loyal customers away. I expect serious improvement, or I will never return.

I would like to address peoples questions about no chicken or pizza at this location. In this plaza there is also a pizza place and a McD's, since they were located here first this location as a part of their lease conditions are not allowed to sell chicken or pizza. As a disabled person who doesn't drive this is my local Tim's and I come here regularly. Yes I am frustrated but I've learned to live with it. Most frustrating is when my app gives bonuses for items they don't have. I have always been well treated here and if I've had any complaints they get resolved. The store is clean and there is plenty of parking. I have also purchased Too Good to Go items from here and get a good variety. I don't drink coffee but love their selection of teas and their Ice Capps!

More cream than coffee everytime making it undrinkable! For some reason no actual meat options available either. Why own a tim hortons if you don't sell half the menu?

This Tim Hortons gets a 5* for their great service, and atmosphere as it wasn't loud. First thing I noticed was how clean the store was. There was no clutter, garbage areas were clean and the tables were cleaned. The front of store staff were terrific, and I noticed how they were working as a team. Shout out to Robbie the manager. He was run off his feet, still making time to great customers, serve and help with takeout window. Also pointing out the display cases were well put together and clean 👌 this is how all Tim's should look like. I didn't rate food as I only stopped in for coffee and a snack, but I'm almost sure it would be well made. The cheese biscuit was 😋 and my coffee was perfect 👌 I'll definitely be making this Tim's my new coffee place to visit more often. 🫠

Absolute trash and I never do this! The caramel pistachio latte, white chocolate hot chocolate straight water. The customer service was awful, there is a register and receipt for a reason. You take what was mentioned and bag it. We were missing donuts tried to explain it to get what we wanted, someone else stepped in to help. Instead of just listening to what we wanted, they threw 3-4 other donuts in the box that was apparently sold out and said here this should be good. I can’t say I understand this concept when the first person didn’t box what we asked. It was our first and last time at a Tim Hortons!
