Tim Hortons

Coffee and service were great! BUT washroom was a disaster and looked like it hadn't been cleaned this month. The dine-in area chairs tables are a mess are rarely cleaned. One can only imagine what hygiene protocols are used in the food prep area. This is a store I regularly visit (3+ times/week) for coffee with friends. I was grossed out!! Guess it is time for a change from this store and maybe from Tims overall

I really enjoy coming to this Tim Hortons. The staff is polite and helpful, the coffee and food are consistently fresh, and the drive-thru service is quick and convenient. Keeps me coming back!

Just got denied because I want to pay cash. Then window closed on face. Unbelievable the staff you have working. Extremely rude. Was once a great Canadian chain Timmie prolly rolling in his grave

I had an excellent experience at the Grimsby Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly and efficient, making my order quickly. The coffee was fresh and perfectly brewed, and my breakfast sandwich was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend this location!

It’s clear that the team takes pride in the quality of the food and drinks they serve. The location itself was clean and well-maintained. Tables were wiped down, and the floors were tidy, making it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy my coffee. Even the drive-thru seemed to be moving quickly, which is always a plus for those on the go. What really stood out to me was the staff’s friendliness. They were patient, polite, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. It’s always nice to visit a place where you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Overall, this Tim Hortons provides a consistently good experience, and I’ll definitely be returning.
