Our Family go to when we are in the area visiting my dad. It our " Road Trip" stop before we head home or when we get up here. Staff are friendly. Love the new look too.

I got offered a breakfast sandwich for my birthday so I went today Jan 22 and the sandwich was the worst ever. Dried out and hard. The egg was gross and the bacon was undercooked. I cannot believe they would sell that. I know I could of taken it back but drove off because my husband had to get to work. Anyways I wont be back ever. :(

All I asked was a XL Steeped Tea & an extra cup for ease to drink. Firstly the tea was terrible, I don't understand how could you go wrong with the basic menu item. On top of this, they refused the extra cup & wanted to charge extra for it. I've asked this multiple times at other locations but never had this issue. Definitely NOT going back here though it's conveniently located.

Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service at a Tim Hortons. I actually drive all the way into Crescent Park just to avoid this location. The staff are consistently rude and dismissive, and they refuse to fix their own mistakes. For example, I once ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream—I repeated it three times in the drive-through. When I got my order, there was no whipped cream. I went inside and politely explained, “Hey, I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream.” The employee told me I hadn’t paid for it. I said, “No problem, I’ll pay the difference,” and they still refused, even telling me I was wasting their time. Another time, I ordered bagels that were completely burnt—black. When I brought them back, they insisted they weren’t burnt and refused to refund or replace them. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. But the way this location treats its customers is unacceptable. Customer service means making things right when errors occur, not arguing or belittling people. I even emailed corporate about this location once before and never received a response—but I will be emailing them again. I used to love this Tim Hortons. The owners used to hand out gift cards at Christmas and cared about their community. I don’t know what’s happened over the past few years, but it’s incredibly disheartening—especially for a brand that’s supposed to represent Canadian hospitality. Lately, it feels more like an “Americanized” chain with no care or accountability for its customers.

This used to be the best Tim Hortons in Fort Erie a few years ago, but now it seems the owner like every other Tims has opted for mass income over quality. New employees lack communication skills and require multiple reminders on what has been said, orders constantly incorrect, I can’t keep count how many times I’ve gotten cream in my tea when I’ve asked for milk. Even when asking for cream cheese on a bagel it’s a challenge for them. Unfortunately this is the situation for Tim Hortons across the country these days, we’ve lost one of the staples of Canadian Culture; and a popular meetup location for generations has become nothing but a lifeless “modern” unwelcoming husk of its past.
