Tim Hortons

Typical local Timmy's serving your favorite hot coffee. Newly renovated and they keep the store neat and clean. Good thing is I can see that they hire locals.

Work overnight and when I come at 5 in the morning the lady who takes the orders is rude and even argued with me that breakfast wasn’t ready so I wasn’t getting it. Finally conceded and said it would be at least five minutes. I was more than happy to wait but that was after arguing with me over the speaker for two minutes. I get everybody has bad days but she is like this every single morning.

In store (doors were locked) was closed so we went through drive thru, this was close to 7:40ish (pm). When we asked for bagels the female said that she isn't serving any food only drinks as it was 20 minutes to close. I have never ever had this experience at any Tim Hortons and was shocked. Both my diabetic parents didn't have food to eat at that moment for a store that wasn't even closed. Inside it appeared the female had closed down/cleaned everything as well. I would like upper management to contact me as no drive thru restaurant refuses food because they wish to close down before its even closed.

The newly renovated Tim Hortons buildings in Fort Erie are great! Flow of customer traffic is better and coffee is still hot and fresh. ☕ Now, if they would only do something about that lame app! 🙄

I got 4 drinks from this Tim Hortons both of my coffees were dark when they're supposed to be Tripple Tripples. My hot coco was completely watered down. And my tea was all water no sugar. When I called to ask for a correction they told me without the drinks they can't help. I wasn't gonna hold on to gross drinks while trick or treating with my children. I called in the morning and they were still declining to correct it. Nothing but ignorance and problems. Will not be coming back. Find better employees.
