Can you please hire people that speak English like I have to repeat myself 100 times and they get the order wrong like why can’t you just hire people to speak and understand the language we live in Canada there’s lots of people that speak English higher than

I wish I could do 0 for service . I went through driveway . 2 different people took my order . Then I drove to window . Then girl name SIMRAN, who calls herself manager is so rude told me that she did not asked me to drive up .she was so rude and unprofessional . She denied to serve me because I drove to window without her permission . There is no customer service or respect for anyone . She is the reason that people hate to come to this location . She has no respect and so much attitude . Even now I refuse to buy anything from her , who knows what she serves you .

Supposedly closes at 11, came in 10:15 pm and asked for a latte and was told by employee “sorry we already cleaned the machine, I can only do coffee”.

Tried to grab some food and drink from the front counter. Took forever to get my order. No real concern about the long wait from the staff, they just seem to ignore people until they wanted to help you.

Most of the workers here are so nice and can do their job right. Then there’s the other ones who can’t seem to understand what no meat on food means. It simple, no meat. Everything else, but no meat. But they act like I’ve requested the DaVinci Code and get it wrong almost every time OR give something not even in the same ball park. I’ve spent $30 today in 2 wrong breakfasts. (Because I couldn’t go back to the first place I went due to driving away and trusting the breakfast was done right)- I do not understand what is hard about taking an order and then making the order as per requested. We are paying real money for these items. This is unacceptable.
