Tim Hortons

Best coffee around! I actually drive past another Tim Hortons location just to come to this one! Everyone is always friendly here. Parking is a little tight as there are a lot of regular customers that sit there for hours though

We found this Tim Hortons to be by far the best Tim's we have been in, in Canda. We are from the Grimsby Hamilton area and have boycotted Tim's in our area. This Tim's we found the people working clear to understand, friendly and cheerful and they made my wife's London fog properly. She loved it. The bathrooms were also clean. It was a very pleasant experience. Thanks!

Soo...is this what we're doing now Tim Hortons? Hiring people with no respect for the brand. When someone says my coffee is room temperature and not enough sugar and we DON'T reply "oh well" 😅 like what in the actual...never mind. If someone is ordering a sandwich and your out of bread, SAY IT !!!! Give the customer the option of ordering something else while they're a the spot to place an order. SAY SOMETHING rather than wait for them to pull up to the second window to advise that you're out of bread !!!! So I decided to drive around AGAIN and reorder another coffee & I kindly ask the rep to make it right this time and she then starts to giggle without muting her mic like its funny? Waw...This location is lowkey turning into a DUMP !!! I am soo angry and disappointed that I actually feel sick to my stomach. Disgusted

Wow! I'm amazed! I just received the best customer service in my 2 decades of visiting Tim Hortons. The employee, Pradeep accomodated my keto diet by making me a decaf tea latte, poured over ice and a craveable beef sandwich on lettuce with ranch dressing. I feel like a queen! And all with a smile. He's a great listener, improviser, and has a very positive attitude. I'm so thankful!

I don’t know what’s happened with this location but as of about 6 to 8 months now the staffing and the quality of there food and rinks have gone down by almost 100% It went from speaking to friendly folks to being rushed to choose my order and yet they still get it wrong.. I simply asked for a sesame bagel, double toasted with double butter.. I don’t see no double toasted and I don’t see no double butter and yet they just throw some cheese and bacon in there with no care… Come one there wasn’t a line up what’s the rush?!? Take your time do the order correctly.. Bring back the old staff…
