There’s only 2 girls there that knows how to make my drink. I get a vanilla ice coffee light ice and it’s not the light ice part that is wrong. Either no vanilla or too much cream. This has been happening for long time now so I go to Timmie’s down the street and the same thing! The only one on this street that can make a consistent ice coffee out of the 3 is the one connected in plaza with a&w. Not happy started making them at home because so inconsistent and wasting my money

View on GoogleI ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I specified to ensure that there was enough cream cheese on the bagel. Please keep in mind that we are being charged $1.00 just for cream cheese! I was advised it’s pre portioned. I can assure you that you need to re evaluate the portion as cream cheese is not spread like butter. Without adequate cream cheese your bagels are very dry. If you’re going to use a bare minimum amount of cream cheese please do us all a favour and stop charging us for it.
View on GoogleI ordered an iced coffee from Tim Hortons and specifically asked for less ice expecting to get more actual coffee. Instead, they gave me half a cup of coffee . So not only did they put less ice, but they also gave less coffee. Makes no sense at all. If I’m paying full price, I expect a full drink. Very disappointing.
View on GoogleMe and my dad came during our road trip and First of all the woman who took our order got my dad’s order wrong. My dad ordered a steep tea and he got coffee and Tim Hortons coffee is too strong for my dad’s system so he can’t drink it. My bagel had barely any cream cheese and my quencher had more ice than the actual drink when I asked for little ice. We waited up to 10 minutes for 2 drinks, a sandwich and a bagel. Also whoever took our order didn’t let us look at what they have and kept interrupting us while we were ordering and would rush us even thought there was no line we were the only people in the drive thru. No wonder she got my dad’s order wrong since she wasn’t really listening to us. I don’t know what kind of customer service that is but it is ridiculous.
