I recently received a call from Tony, the owner of this jewelry store. I had previously expressed my dissatisfaction with a purchase. He didn't hesitate to contact me and resolve the issue diligently and responsibly. Above all, he was very warm and kind. I highly recommend this jewelry store; they put their heart into their overall management. I bought a beerstone and diamond ring in yellow gold, and I couldn't be happier! I am very grateful to my granddaughter Antonella, who acted as my translator during the conversation with Tony. Tony gave Antonella a gift and said she was a very intelligent and sweet girl. Thank you, Tony, you made my day!

Edit. They were quite nice I was being to harsh before. But the customer service was very nice. And they did try and keep me informed. Additionally the watch works very well and keeps time excellently. Would recommend.

The staff and goldsmith at Tianna's are amazing! I am very happy with the repair they did on my diamond earrings, and I am excited for the rest of our jewelry to be repaired. I would recommend this place and have trusted them with our sentimental pieces!

Just had batteries replaced in 4 watches in 20 minutes. Amazing. Reception on the phone and in the store was superb... very helpful and forthcoming! I was referred to them by another jeweler who sends watches out for battery replacement !! I'll be back again for sure . Great store!
